About Jesse:

Dr. Jesse R. Brown is the CEO and founder of the Detroit Wholistic Center, established in 1987. His training began in 1981 and includes many certifications in wholistic practices such as Colon Hydrotherapy, Iridology, Reflexology, Herbology and Nutrition. Currently, Dr. Brown is a certified natural health practitioner and he has earned a Doctorate degree in Naturopathy. Through his passion for teaching and his mission to create A Healer in Every Home, he founded the State of Michigan-licensed school, the Wholistic Training Institute, certifying students in Colon Hydrotherapy, cleansing, and health therapies. With a staff of ten, the Wholistic Center has serviced over 45,000 clients and certified students from across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Africa. Jesse’s interests have taken him to various parts of the world, including Europe, Africa, Mexico, and the Bahamas.


Currently as member of the Michigan Natural Health Coalition International, Dr. Brown would like to see greater health freedoms and choices in health care for all Americans. One of the highlights of his experiences was attending the swearing in ceremony and meeting then Senator Obama.


Dr. Brown is the author of a humorous book entitled Dr. Brown’s Bowel Book, is past President of the Toastaholics club of Toastmasters International, and has been featured on various television and radio broadcasts, promoting the principles of wholistic living and fulfilling his mission of “Creating a Healer in Every Home”.
